We have a wide range of organic coatings used to coat metal, which are developed with different durability and performance levels. Here is a selection of the main qualities for multiple substrates.
No. 1
Packaging
Many different applications are available in the container/package field, either for Can Coating substrates like aluminium or tin, or coatings for steel drums.
PRIMERS
We offer not only fast drying primers based on modified synthetic resins but also very fast drying vinyl type primers for steel (1 or 2 components).
These are used to enhance the adhesion of the top coats to the substrate as well as to improve corrosion resistance. They are also used to reinforce the colour in low hiding top coats.
Inner lacquers for drums
Several technologies are available – epoxy, phenolic epoxy, pure phenolic, polyester, etc … they cover the needs for inner coatings in both sanitary and non-sanitary interiors, also exempt from Bisphenol A. A large number of possibilities for solvent and water-based products.
Exterior Finish
Different qualities are available depending on the requirements of the final product and the type of drying:
- Air drying, 1 or 2 components with alkyd and acrylic systems.
- Oven drying with alkyd or polyester systems.
We can also offer a water-based version delivering a wide shades and gloss range.
CAN COATING
We have an extensive range of couché whites: monolayer, base coats for lithography, base coats, OPV, acrylic and polyester.
We also offer whites for interior use, to can water-based paint, gold epoxy-phenolic varnishes and PE-phenolic.

– Monolayer systems: they don’t need an additional primer to perform good adhesion and corrosion resistance. Air and oven drying versions available.

Chemical protection
Products aimed at tank coating, pipes and chemical plants, including floors. Chemical resistance is crucial for this type of coatings.
Top Coats
Based on our technology, we deliver medium, high and very high chemical resistance top coats.
Medium resistance
– Products based on modified synthetic resins.
High resistance
– 2K epoxy floor coatings
– 2K polyurethane top coats featuring better sun light resistance compared to epoxy.
Very High resistance
– Top coats based on 1K FEVE resin and 2K with our brand name MAXIFLON.
– Top coats based on PVDF KYNAR 500® resin for oven drying, with our brand name FLUORCOLOR®

Specialities
Products with specific use
Antigraffiti paints
Available in both solvent and water-based version. These top
coats prevent graffiti paints from adhering on the surface.
Soft feel paints
Silky and soft finish top coats
Non-Stick paints
Top coats which prevent adhesive films from sticking on the surface. Mostly used for vehicle plates manufacturing.
